Marib Governorate hosted a ceremony on Thursday, June 13th, 2024, to honor the winners of the "Voices of Peace" competition, organized by the Marib Girls Foundation.

The foundation's Executive Director, Aroua Al-Ramal, stated that the competition is part of the "Influencers for Peace" project, implemented by the foundation with support from the United Nations Development Programme.

According to the official Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the competition, which lasted for 20 days and saw 17 women compete through short film clips, aimed to strengthen the role of women in conflict resolution and peacebuilding.

Al-Ramal highlighted that the competition's concept focused on showcasing women's role in building peace and emphasizing their potential for positive change in their communities through digital content power on social media platforms.
