The Saudi Ministry of Interior has firmly stated that it will not allow the holy sites to be transformed into platforms for chanting that deviate from the principles of Islamic law. The ministry emphasized that the security and safety of pilgrims are "a red line, and there will be no compromise."

Colonel Talal Al-Shaleh, the security spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior, announced at the daily press conference for this year's Hajj season that the first phase of transporting pilgrims to the holy sites had been successfully implemented smoothly, safely, and with peace of mind. He confirmed that the transfer of pilgrims from Mecca and the Grand Mosque to Mina for the Day of Tarwiyah was complete.

The Ministry of Interior spokesperson highlighted that security forces are maintaining a tight security cordon around the holy sites until the end of the Hajj season. He stressed that they will resolutely oppose any attempts to undermine the security of pilgrims in any form and will deal decisively with anyone who violates this.

Earlier today, Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei assigned Ali Baqeri, the head of the Iranian Hajj mission, to deliver his message to pilgrims on Saturday in Arafat. This comes amidst concerns about potential Iranian attempts to disrupt this year's Hajj.
