A large gathering of residents from the Dhamar governorate's  Ans, Otma, and Wasabin districts, currently residing in Marib, was held on Sunday, July 7th, 2024, to show their unwavering support for the Yemeni army and security forces in the crucial national battle against the Houthi group, internationally recognized as a terrorist organization.

The meeting, held under the banner "Unifying the Republican Front: A National Necessity," saw participants reaffirm their strong backing for the heroes of the armed forces and the popular resistance.

They pledged to continue supplying the battlefronts against the Houthis with manpower, equipment, and financial resources, bolstering the steadfastness of the heroes in all positions of honor and courage. They also expressed their unwavering support for the legitimate political leadership, represented by the President and members of the Presidential Leadership Council.

Dhamar Deputy Governor Fadl Al-Harbi echoed the unwavering stance of the governorate's residents, stating their unwavering support for the Presidential Leadership Council and its legitimate government. He emphasized their endorsement of all its decisions in the political, economic, and military spheres, recognizing it as the sole legitimate representative of the Yemeni state and a reflection of the aspirations of the Yemeni people.

Speeches delivered by representatives of political parties and social activists underscored the readiness of the residents of Ans, Atam, Wasabin, and all of Dhamar to engage in the decisive battle and continue the struggle until the liberation of Dhamar and all Yemeni governorates from the grip of the Houthi group, internationally recognized as a terrorist organization.
