A man was killed in the Sa'eed district of Shabwah governorate (eastern Yemen) on Monday, July 8th, 2024, allegedly by his own son, according to local sources.
Sources told "Barran Press" that the victim, identified as "Ahmed Saleh Maqhad bin Jaza' bin Madhib al-Yislami al-Awlaqi," was killed by his son "Nasser" in the Sa'eed district.
The sources revealed that the son fired a barrage of bullets at his father while he was sitting in his car near their home. He then continued firing at the gathered people, preventing them from providing medical assistance, resulting in the father's death.
Reports suggest that the perpetrator was killed by relatives approximately an hour after the father's death, but "Bran Press" has not been able to verify the accuracy of this information.
