Brigadier General Thiyab Al-Qubli, the commander of the 143rd Infantry Brigade in the Yemeni Army, has been awarded a Master's degree in Military Science from the National College of Leadership and Staff in the Republic of Mauritania.

Al-Qabli achieved his Master's degree in Military Science with distinction for his research entitled "Crisis Management Art from a General Perspective."

Nimran Al-Qubli, another military leader in Marib, has emerged in the face of the internationally classified terrorist group, the Houthi militia, and their battles in Marib and neighboring provinces.

Earlier in the year 2023, the Yemeni Ministry of Defense-sponsored Brigadier General Al-Qubli and other army officers to pursue Master's degrees in Military Science at the National College of Leadership and Staff in the Republic of Mauritania.
