The local authorities in Marib Governorate on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, honored 1092 graduates who received diplomas in various fields from the Youth Empowerment Project. The project, implemented by the Global Relief and Development Organization in collaboration with Raedoun Academies, Broadcast, Different, and the University of Science and Technology, was overseen by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and spanned four months.

Marib Deputy Governor Dr. Abdulrabah Muftah, during his address to the graduates, praised the efforts of all participating entities in executing this unique youth project. He emphasized the project's focus on essential fields for young people, benefiting them and their communities. Muftah further underscored the local authorities' commitment to supporting such programs and activities aimed at equipping youth with diverse skills and contributing to a skilled workforce in administrative, technical, and professional fields.

Dowaad Alwa, Advisor to the Minister of Youth and Sports, and Duaa Amin, Project Manager, explained that the project encompassed 13 diplomas in various fields, including finance and banking, political and administrative sciences, media, human development, leadership skills, project management, networking, information security, telecommunications engineering, mobile phone maintenance, and programming.

At the end of the ceremony, Deputy Governor Muftah presented graduation certificates to the top performers in each specialization. He urged all graduates to maximize the project's benefits, applying their acquired knowledge and training in real-world settings.
