The administration of the Al-Wadi'a border crossing with Saudi Arabia has banned vehicles cleared by customs authorities in Houthi-controlled areas from entering the Kingdom.

A circular issued by the customs department at the Al-Wadi'a land port prohibits any vehicle without a customs declaration issued by government agencies in "liberated areas" from crossing into Saudi Arabia.

According to statements, seen by "Barran Press," the port administration has enforced the ban on vehicles cleared by Houthi customs based on similar directives from the General Customs Authority and a memo from the General Directorate of Traffic Police.

These directives are part of an unannounced decision to reject customs declarations issued from areas under Houthi control, a group designated as a terrorist organization by several countries.
