The Yemeni National Alliance of Political Parties and Forces on Monday, July 22nd, issued a strong condemnation of the "aggression and blatant violation of Yemeni sovereignty" by the Israeli entity.

In a statement monitored by "Barran Prees," the alliance expressed its full support for the internationally recognized Yemeni government and its efforts to defend national interests and sovereignty.

The statement reiterated the alliance's rejection of the Houthis, designated as a terrorist group by the international community, holding Yemen's fate hostage. The alliance accused the Houthis of using violence to kill Yemenis, destroy the country's resources and economic gains, and engage in actions outside the national consensus. They further alleged the Houthis are serving the interests of the Iranian regime and its expansionist agenda in the region.

The alliance described the Israeli strikes, which targeted vital infrastructure with advanced weapons, as a clear indication of the "criminal nature" of the Israeli entity, aiming to plunge the entire region into war, disregarding international laws and humanitarian norms.

The statement reaffirmed the alliance's unwavering support for the Palestinian people and their right to resist occupation and establish an independent state. The alliance held the Israeli entity fully responsible for the consequences of its airstrikes on Yemeni territory.

The alliance called on the international community to assume its responsibilities towards this "blatant aggression" and its devastating consequences for the humanitarian situation of the Yemeni people. The alliance also urged the international community to address the escalating tensions in the region and hinder UN-led peace efforts.

Furthermore, the alliance urged the international community to support the legitimate government in reclaiming control of the state from the Houthi terrorist group and restoring its authority over the entire national territory to preserve international security and peace in this vital region of the world.

On Saturday afternoon, powerful explosions rocked the city of Hodeidah following airstrikes. Houthi media claimed the strikes targeted oil storage facilities in the port, resulting in casualties.

The Israeli occupation later claimed responsibility for the strikes. An Israeli military spokesperson stated that "our warplanes carried out strikes on Houthi regime targets in the Hodeidah port area in Yemen," citing the strikes as "retaliation for Houthi attacks over the past months."

On Friday, the Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported the death of one Israeli and injuries to ten others after a drone crashed in Tel Aviv. The Houthi group claimed responsibility for the attack, describing it as "unprecedented."
