Marib Governor Honors Top Students, Emphasizing Education's Importance

Marib Governor and member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Major General Sultan al-Arada, on Tuesday, September 17th, honored two students from Marib who achieved top rankings in the 2023-2024 national high school exams.

The governor recognized Abdulkareem Abdullah Muflah al-Hadhari and Mohsen Naji Nasser al-Harmali for their outstanding performance in both the science and literary streams of the exams. He praised their dedication, hard work, and determination, commending them for their achievements.

The ceremony, which was attended by the Deputy Minister of Education, Dr. Ali al-Abab, saw al-Arada also acknowledge the crucial role played by the parents, families, and teachers of the students in their success.

Al-Arada stressed the commitment of the political leadership and government to support and encourage talented students, providing them with the necessary resources to develop their abilities and enhance their academic achievements. He emphasized that "the nation relies on these outstanding students to build the present and shape the future."

The governor underscored the vital role of education in societal progress, stating that "education is the cornerstone of a nation's advancement and the best way to build a generation capable of driving development and achieving progress in all fields."

The honored students expressed their gratitude to the governor for his recognition, emphasizing that it serves as a powerful motivator to continue striving for excellence and innovation.
