On September 30, 2024, Yemen's Defense Minister, Major General Mohsen Al-Da'eri, held separate meetings with Saudi Ambassador Mohammed Al-Jaber and Omani Ambassador Faisal Al-Said to discuss the latest developments in Yemen.

According to the official Saba News Agency, Al-Dahari and Ambassador Al-Jaber met in Riyadh to address mutual interests and the role of the Saudi reconstruction program in various developmental aspects.

Al-Dahari praised the efforts of the Saudi program and its interventions across different sectors in Yemen's provinces, highlighting Saudi Arabia's support for the Yemeni people on all fronts. He emphasized that this support reflects the deep-rooted fraternal ties between the two nations and their peoples.

In a related meeting, Al-Dahari engaged with Ambassador Al-Said to discuss the situation in Yemen and ways to enhance and develop bilateral relations and mutual cooperation between Oman and Yemen.

Al-Dahari commended Oman's efforts to achieve sustainable peace in Yemen, which aligns with the aspirations of the Yemeni people and contributes to the stability of the country and the wider region.
