On Wednesday, October 2, 2024, the Palestinian Government Media Office reported that the Israeli occupation forces have eradicated 902 Palestinian families, completely removing them from civil records by killing all their members during one year of genocide in the Gaza Strip.

In a statement covered by "Barran Press," the office detailed that 1,364 Palestinian families were wiped out, with only one individual remaining in each family. Additionally, 3,472 families lost all their members, leaving just two survivors in each household.

Over the past 24 hours, Israeli forces committed five new massacres against Palestinian families in Gaza, resulting in 212 casualties, including deaths and injuries.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health, in its daily statistical report, noted that hospitals in Gaza received 51 martyrs and 161 injured individuals due to the recent atrocities committed by Israeli forces.

The ministry specified that the toll from the Israeli attacks during their incursion into areas of Khan Younis (Qizan al-Najjar, al-Manara, and Ma'an) early this morning included 51 martyrs and 82 wounded.

According to the Palestinian health authorities, the ongoing Israeli aggression against Gaza has resulted in a total of 41,689 martyrs and 96,625 injuries of varying degrees since October 7, 2023.

With unwavering U.S. support, Israel has been conducting a war on Gaza since October 7, 2023, leading to over 138,000 Palestinian fatalities and injuries, most of whom are children and women, with more than 10,000 reported missing amid widespread destruction and famine resulting in the deaths of dozens of children.
