The Director of Marib City, located in northeastern Yemen, launched the distribution of sports equipment for 28 community teams on Monday. This initiative is supported by Shahab Tech for Electronics and Energy.

During the event, which was attended by Ali Hashwan, the Director of the Youth and Sports Office in the province, Director Ben Farhan emphasized that the distribution of equipment reflects the local government's commitment to the youth and sports sectors. He stated that providing essential resources aims to revitalize sports activities in the city.

Ben Farhan praised the efforts of the Youth and Sports Office in the province and highlighted the importance of private sector support for various sports activities, acknowledging the crucial role of youth in community development.

For his part, Ali Hashwan commended the positive steps taken by the Youth Office in the city and stressed the necessity of collaborative efforts to enhance the capabilities of the youth. He expressed appreciation for the local authorities' attention to youth and sports initiatives.

The Director of the Youth and Sports Office in Marib noted that this distribution of equipment marks the first phase of support, with further initiatives planned for the future.
