The Health and Population Office in Marib Province delivered the second batch of medical equipment to Raghwan General Hospital on November 10, 2024, valued at $63,000, funded by the local authority.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Abadi, Director of the Marib Health Office, handed over the equipment, which included an X-ray machine, ultrasound device, chemistry analyzer, patient beds, surgical instrument sets, and various other medical supplies.

This delivery is part of the ongoing support from the local authority to enhance medical facilities in the region, contributing to a total investment of $126,000 for medical equipment at Raghwan Hospital and the Al-Murwan Health Unit.

Dr. Al-Abadi emphasized that the office, in coordination with the Ministry of Health and local authorities, is working to equip several health facilities that have long lacked high-quality and advanced medical equipment, which has not been updated for many years.
