Shabwa, Yemen – On Thursday, November 28, 2024, a tribal source reported that armed clashes between two families in Shabwa province, eastern Yemen, have resulted in one death and several injuries.
According to the source who spoke to Barran Press, the violence erupted between the Al-Mahdi and Al-Bajahi families of the Al-Jaramah tribe in the Hadjah area, located in the southern part of the Bayhan district.
The clashes led to the death of Salah Al-Abd Nasser Jaramah and left several others wounded. The source confirmed that fighting continues between the two sides, involving medium-caliber weapons.
The conflict reportedly stemmed from a longstanding feud over a piece of land, which escalated into armed confrontations.
