Marib, Yemen - On Wednesday, December 18, 2024, several government offices and institutions in Marib Governorate (northeast Yemen) celebrated Arab Police Day by honoring officers and personnel of the Facility Police and Public Figures Protection Division.
General Managers of the Health and Tax Offices, along with the Construction and Development Bank, presented certificates of appreciation and shields to Facility Police members responsible for securing and guarding their offices. This gesture was an acknowledgment of their efforts and appreciation for their national role.
The officials stated that this recognition symbolized their appreciation for the outstanding performance of the Facility Police personnel in enhancing security, stability, and protecting public and private interests.
The leadership of the Facility and Public Figures Protection Police in Marib expressed their gratitude for this initiative by the managers of government offices and service institutions, who honored their employees on the occasion of Arab Police Day.
They noted that this recognition reflects the satisfaction with the performance of their officers and personnel in carrying out their national duties and executing their security tasks in guarding and securing facilities and protecting public figures with high responsibility, professionalism, and efficiency.
They also praised the level of coordination with all government offices and institutions and the cooperation of all community segments with their personnel and all security units in the governorate, contributing significantly to maintaining security and stability and enhancing achieved security successes as a collective responsibility.
