Explosive sounds rocked both Sana'a and the coastal city of Hodeida as Israeli forces launched a series of heavy airstrikes targeting key locations. Local sources and residents reported violent explosions in the Yemeni capital amid the intensified bombardment.
According to reports to Barran Press, Israeli aircraft conducted seven airstrikes on Sana'a International Airport, the Al-Dailami Air Base to the east, and the Huzayz power station to the south. The Israeli military confirmed that the air raids successfully hit strategic targets in both cities.
Israeli Channel 14 reported that the strikes disabled operations at Sana'a International Airport by destroying its control tower. Meanwhile, in Hodeida, locals noted that three Israeli strikes targeted various sites, including the already-strategic Hodeida port.
These attacks signify a marked escalation in ongoing tensions and conflict in the region.
