SAUDI ARABIA — On January 4, 2025, three Yemeni residents were involved in separate traffic accidents in Saudi Arabia, resulting in one fatality and multiple injuries.
Sources for Barran Press confirmed that a car crash claimed the life of Hassan Qasim Al-Falahi, a Yemeni national residing in Saudi Arabia and originally from Ibb governorate. His wife sustained severe injuries in the incident.
In a separate accident in Al-Ahsa, located in the Eastern Province, another Yemeni resident, Abdulwahab Mohammed Abdu Ghalib Saif, suffered serious injuries. According to reports, the Saudi Red Crescent transported Saif to Al-Mousa Hospital in the Al-Mubarraz area for emergency treatment, where his condition is described as critical.
These incidents highlight the ongoing risks associated with road travel in the region, impacting the Yemeni expatriate community.
