The Iran-backed Houthi group announced on Monday the deaths of 11 fighters, all presented as high-ranking officers. The Houthi-controlled Yemeni News Agency, "Saba," reported that the funeral for these individuals took place in Sana'a.
This marks the highest single-day toll of Houthi casualties in 2025, amid clashes in the governorates of Al-Jawf, Marib, Taiz and Al-Baydha. Yemen has remained under a fragile truce since April 2022.
