Local sources in Amran Governorate, northern Yemen, reported on Monday that Houthi militants detonated a citizen's home in Qaflat Adhar district, while a gunman killed a pharmacist in Jabal Iyal Yazid district.

One local source informed "Bran Press" that an armed Houthi campaign, led by a supervisor within the Iranian-backed group identified as Yahya Ashish, detonated the home of Al Baker al-Warwari family in the Gharb al-Sawda area of Qaflat Adhar directorate.

The source detailed that the Houthi armed group besieged the homes of Al Baker al-Warwari family for several hours before planting explosives and destroying their house. This action reportedly followed the family's refusal to send their sons to join the ranks of the group and their non-compliance with the forced recruitment imposed by the Houthis in areas under their control.

In a separate incident in the Jabal Iyal Yazid directorate, another local source told "Bran Press" that a 25-year-old pharmacist, Mohammed Mahmoud Ghaleb al-Sabri, originally from the al-Masrakh district of Taiz Governorate, was killed by a gunman in the Bir Ayedh area.

The source identified the gunman as a tribal member, Mohammed Ali Abdullah Saleh al-Darb, 30 years old, who allegedly opened fire on al-Sabri inside his clinic, killing him instantly. The motive behind the killing was not immediately clear, according to the source.
