The chargé d'affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Yemen, Zhao Zheng, has affirmed his country's willingness to strengthen cooperation with Yemen in various fields, particularly in supporting the health sector.

This statement came during a meeting with the Minister of Public Health and Population in the internationally recognized Yemeni government, Dr. Qasim Buhaibah, in Aden, the temporary capital of the country, according to the official Yemeni news agency Saba.

During the meeting, Buhaibah praised the Chinese assistance provided to the health sector, expressing his hope for further cooperation and the opportunity to learn from China's experience in the field.

Over the past two days, the Chinese chargé d'affaires has held meetings with several members of the Yemeni government, aimed at exploring ways to enhance and develop joint cooperation between the two countries.
