The demonstration, held after Friday prayers in front of Al-Adhban Mosque, featured chants denouncing the continued genocidal war against the Palestinian population.

In a statement seen by Barran Press, the demonstrators expressed their outrage over the sustained violence against Palestinians and the ongoing U.S. support for the Israeli occupation.

Protesters called for an immediate halt to the Israeli aggression, demanding the withdrawal of Israeli forces from all areas of Gaza, the lifting of the blockade, and the opening of crossings, including the Rafah border, to facilitate humanitarian needs and assist the wounded and sick. They condemned the policies of starvation being imposed on the Palestinian people.

The statement urged the Palestinian populace to maintain unity and solidarity around the courageous resistance, viewing it as the only path to liberating the land and establishing an independent State of Palestine on all Palestinian territory.

For the tenth consecutive month, Marib has hosted solidarity events in support of the Palestinian cause amidst the brutal war waged by the Israeli occupation, backed by unprecedented U.S. and Western support.

The protests have seen participation from hundreds of citizens across various social and political sectors, including civil society organizations and students from universities and scientific institutes.
