On Sunday, October 6, 2024, the city of Marib in northeastern Yemen celebrated the opening of the "Sam bin Mohammed" shopping center.

The center was inaugurated by Marib City Director Mohammed bin Jalal and the Director of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the province, Abdul Haq Munif. Following the opening, the investors, led by Salem Al-Ghuli, provided an overview of each section of the center, highlighting its competitive advantages in pricing and product quality, as well as its organized layout to enhance the shopping experience.

Bin Jalal emphasized the promising investment opportunities available in Marib across various sectors and the incentives offered by local authorities to attract investors.

Munif noted that the Chamber of Commerce is committed to supporting entrepreneurial initiatives for youth, encouraging small and micro-enterprises, and collaborating with various organizations to facilitate training for young entrepreneurs. He also mentioned efforts to connect them with financing institutions and streamline official licensing procedures.
