Workshop in Marib Discusses Mechanisms to Address Tribal Disputes and Reduce Armed Conflicts

On Monday, October 21, 2024, a workshop was held in Marib province focused on mechanisms to address tribal disputes, reduce armed conflicts, and protect both public and private interests in the region.

Officials from the Ministry of Interior, including Major General Muhammad Bin Aboud, Local Administration Deputy Abdullah Al-Qubaisi, and Marib Governor Abdurrahman Muftah, highlighted the significance of discussing such vital issues, developing appropriate solutions, and fostering cooperation among state institutions and community groups for effective implementation.

They praised the workshop's efforts in promoting positive awareness around various community issues, particularly tribal disputes, as well as combating drug-related problems and other critical matters requiring community collaboration for resolution.
