Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – On November 21, 2024, the Saudi Ministry of Interior announced the execution of three individuals—two Yemenis and one Saudi national—after they were convicted of committing "terrorist" crimes.

In a statement reviewed by Barran Press, the ministry detailed that the convicted individuals were involved in financing terrorism, joining a terrorist organization, and receiving training at a camp outside the kingdom. Their actions included carrying out terrorist activities, armed robbery to acquire funds for the organization, and possessing weapons and explosives while concealing criminal plans involving other terrorist elements.

The executed individuals were identified as Ali bin Saleh Al-Suyari (Saudi), and two Yemenis, Saleh Merai Al-Suyari and Muteb Omar Al-Suyari.

The Saudi Interior Ministry confirmed that the sentences were upheld by the country’s Supreme Court and that a royal decree was issued to enforce the ruling, which has now been carried out.
