On December 25, 2024, Saba University in Marib, northeastern Yemen, awarded a master’s degree to researcher Abir Mohammed Qaed Al-Humaidi following a successful defense of her thesis titled "A Proposed Framework for Developing School Activities in Primary Education in Marib Governorate in Light of Life Skills."

The public discussion took place in the May 22 Hall, attended by university vice presidents, the head of the Curriculum and Teaching Methods Department, the director of postgraduate studies and scientific research, along with several academics, researchers, and graduate students.

During the session, Al-Humaidi presented a concise overview of her thesis objectives, focusing on enhancing school activities through life skills to improve the educational process in Marib's primary education sector.

The defense committee included Dr. Ahmed Ismail Muqbil Al-Sharabi as the chair and internal examiner, Dr. Abdulkader Awad Mohammed Bajbeer as the external examiner, and Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Ali Qabqab as the supervisor.

At the conclusion of the session, the committee praised the content of the thesis and the researcher’s performance, recommending the award of the master’s degree while underscoring the thesis's significance in advancing school activities.
