MARIB, Yemen — On January 5, 2025, the Executive Office of Marib province convened to discuss the annual performance reports for 2024 from various executive offices within the province.
The meeting was chaired by Deputy Governor Ali Al-Fatimi and attended by other provincial officials, including Abdurrahman Muftah, Abdullah Al-Bakri, and Mohammed Al-Maawdi, according to the official Yemen News Agency (Saba).
During the meeting, Iffaf Al-Sharjabi, Deputy Director of the Civil Service Office, presented the annual performance report, which included statistics on employee discipline across government offices in the province, as well as achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions for the previous year.
Ali Saif Hothal, Director General of the General Authority for Rural Water Projects, also delivered a report detailing significant projects executed in the water and environmental sanitation sectors across all districts of the province over the past years.
In his remarks, Al-Fatimi emphasized the need to intensify efforts in executive offices and service institutions to enhance administrative performance and service quality. He called for improved collaboration and coordination among state institutions, urging a team-oriented approach to implement strategic plans and meet citizens' needs effectively.
