The Yemeni Army announced Tuesday its forces successfully repelled a series of Houthi attacks across four key governorates: Marib, Al-Jawf, Taiz, and Hajjah. The military stated the operations, occurring over the past 24 hours, thwarted attempts by the internationally designated terrorist group to advance on several fronts.

Fierce Clashes in Marib and Al-Jawf
In Marib, northeastern Yemen, the army's "September Net" news outlet reported that government forces in the Raghwan district repelled a Houthi offensive, inflicting significant material and human losses. Further west, in the Mafraq Hailan sector, Yemeni troops thwarted an infiltration attempt and neutralized heavy equipment the Houthis were deploying to construct fortifications. Army reconnaissance also detected Houthi reinforcements moving into forward combat positions in the area.

Meanwhile, in Al-Jawf to Marib's northeast, Yemeni forces countered a Houthi infiltration in the Huwayshan sector, leading to Houthi casualties. In the Al-Jadafer sector, the army successfully destroyed a Houthi artillery position used for hostile operations, causing substantial losses among the group's fighters.

Engagements in Taiz and Hajjah
The fighting also extended to Taiz, where the army's website detailed concentrated strikes against Houthi hostile actions in the Al-Kadha and Jabal Habashi frontlines, west of the provincial capital. One Yemeni soldier was reportedly wounded by a Houthi sniper in the Al-Dhabab front on the western outskirts of Taiz city.

In Hajjah, northwestern Yemen, a Yemeni soldier was killed by a Houthi sniper in the Al-Tina sector. The army confirmed it responded appropriately to these attacks. The Yemeni Army's statement also noted that forces on the Haradh front retaliated against Houthi activities, using artillery fire to target a gathering of Houthi elements, resulting in losses and the complete destruction of their position.
