Yemeni military forces claimed responsibility for downing a US drone in the Jawf province (northeastern Yemen) on Wednesday, May 29th, 2024.
A video obtained by "Barran Press" shows soldiers standing on a downed drone, claiming they are from the 2nd Brigade of Road Protection Forces and successfully bringing down the American aircraft in the Al-Alam area, east of Jawf.
According to the soldiers, the drone was flying at a low altitude over military positions when it was shot down near the Al-Alam checkpoint.
