October 10, 2024 — The Yemeni Ministry of Defense announced on Thursday that it will open enrollment for the 35th batch of students at the Air and Air Defense College in Marib for the 2024-2025 academic year.
According to an announcement published by the Armed Forces Media Center, registration will commence on Saturday, October 12, and will continue until Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
The announcement specified that registration will be conducted through the college’s official website at this link.
It noted that enrollment is open to all members of the armed forces holding high school diplomas from all governorates of the republic. However, candidates must meet 13 specific criteria to be eligible for acceptance into the Air College.
This 35th batch marks the second cohort since the college began its academic year with the 34th batch on September 9, 2023, in Marib.
On July 16, 2023, the Higher Council of the Air and Air Defense College, led by General Sagheer bin Aziz, Chairman of the General Staff and President of the Military Colleges Supreme Council, announced the establishment of the college in Marib and the resumption of studies for the 34th batch.
