On Wednesday, December 25, 2024, Marib's Police Chief, Major General Yahya Ali Hamid, emphasized the importance of effective communication with citizens and prompt resolution of their issues during a visit to the second security zone and the Al-Rawda police station.

During his inspection, General Hamid met with Colonel Abdulwali Al-Yahri, commander of the second security zone, and received a detailed briefing on operational progress in the area. He underlined the need for heightened security readiness, insisting that efforts in 2025 must exceed those of the current year.

With the population density in the second security zone increasing, Hamid stressed the necessity of expanding security services to maintain public safety and protect both private and public properties. He also reviewed the operations at the Al-Rawda police station, discussing daily reports, criminal records, and the electronic archiving system with Captain Abdullah Ahmed Othman.

Hamid reiterated the importance of treating citizens with respect and urgency, either resolving their issues directly or swiftly referring them to the appropriate authorities.

In response, Colonel Al-Yahri and Captain Othman expressed their gratitude to General Hamid for his visit and ongoing support for the province's security forces.
