Rashad Al-Alimi, Chairman of Yemen's Presidential Leadership Council, arrived in Munich, Germany, on Thursday to participate in the International Security Conference.

According to Yemeni news agency Saba, the conference's focus will include Red Sea security and the threat posed by attacks on maritime shipping by the Iran-backed Houthi rebels.
Al-Alimi is scheduled to brief attendees on the humanitarian and economic impact of the conflict in Yemen, as well as the Presidential Leadership Council's vision for achieving comprehensive peace. He will also emphasize the need for international economic support to address the ongoing crisis.
While in Munich, he will hold meetings with various international leaders to discuss shared challenges and coordinate strategies.
