The National Medical Supply Program, affiliated with the internationally recognized Yemeni government, announced on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, that it has provided a number of ambulances to the governorates of Taiz and Lahj.

Dr. Suad Al-Maisari, Director of the program, stated that five ambulances were distributed as part of the assistance provided by the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen, according to the official Yemeni news agency Saba.

She explained that three ambulances were distributed in Taiz governorate, to the Al-Thawra, Al-Jumhuriya, and Khalifa hospitals, while two ambulances were delivered to the Health Office in Lahj governorate.
