The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning has predicted varying intensities of thunderstorm rain across 13 Yemeni governorates over the next 24 hours.
In its daily bulletin, which was reviewed by "Barran Press," the center indicated that thunderstorms and intermittent rain are expected in parts of the deserts and highlands of Al-Mahra, Hadramaut, Lahij, Al-Bayda, Al-Dhale, Taiz, Ibb, Al-Mahwit, and areas of the Tihama plain.
Additionally, the forecast includes scattered rainfall in parts of Rima, Hajjah, and Saada, and southern and western coastal areas, including the Socotra Archipelago.
The center noted that recent thunderstorms and rain have already affected parts of Al-Mahra, Hadramaut, Al-Bayda, Al-Dhale, Taiz, Ibb, Al-Mahwit, and Tihama, with reports coming from areas not covered by meteorological stations.
