Local residents reported on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, that a man's body was discovered lying by the roadside in a drainage channel in the capital, Sanaa, which is under Houthi control.

According to eyewitnesses who spoke to "Barran Press," the body showed signs of a gunshot wound to the chest, and a firearm was found near the victim.

The deceased was identified as a resident of Al-Hodeida province in western Yemen and belonged to the Al-Faz family. As of now, the identities of the perpetrators and the motives behind this crime remain unknown.
