A photo exhibition held in Geneva, Switzerland, on Saturday shed light on the crimes committed by the Houthi militia, internationally designated as a terrorist group, against women in Yemen.

Organized by the Human Rights Association in partnership with the Women for Peace Coalition in Yemen, the exhibition, titled "They Took Everything From Me," showcased dozens of photographs documenting the Houthi militia's crimes and violations against Yemeni women, including murder, kidnapping, torture in detention centers, and enforced disappearances.

The exhibition, held on the sidelines of the 56th session of the Human Rights Council, aimed to remind the world of the daily tragedies faced by women in Yemen. It highlighted the Houthi militia's establishment of a special security apparatus to raid women's homes and arrest them, as well as their issuance of death sentences against a number of kidnapped women.

The exhibition also pointed to the Houthis' efforts to destroy the status and lives of women imprisoned in secret locations and instill fear in the hearts of all Yemeni women who do not cooperate with them.
