Marib Governorate's Deputy for Administrative Affairs, Abdullah al-Bakri, stated on Wednesday, August 14th, 2024, that summer camps are a testament to the official attention and care given to the youth of the governorate by the state and local authorities.

Al-Bakri, accompanied by the head of the Marib Summer Centers and Camps Committee, Dr. Ali al-Ramal, visited several summer camps for boys and girls, including the Balkis Girls' School, the New Generation School, the Covenant School, and the Marib Scout Summer Camp, according to the official Yemeni News Agency Saba.

During the visit, they inspected the Scout Summer Camp at the sports hall and reviewed the implementation of educational, cultural, religious, national, sports, human development, qualification, and training programs.

Al-Bakri noted the significant turnout of young men and women at these camps, taking advantage of their programs during their summer vacation.

According to Saba, the Marib Deputy Governor addressed the critical phase that Yemen is going through, threatening its identity and republic. He emphasized that the Yemeni people, guided by the awareness of their youth, will continue to defend their dignity, freedom, republic, revolution, and right to life.
